Every donation goes directly into building the health center. The project runs without administrative overhead — Stephanie and Sisu work as volunteers, Belén manages finances transparently.

Monthly campaign
Brick of the Month
Each month brings a new fundraising campaign around a concrete building block of the project. Here's how you can directly help build it:
Symbolic clay brick
You receive a digital certificate with your name and a symbolic brick — as a thank-you and a lasting reminder of your contribution.
Donors' wall
Your name will be permanently displayed on the donors' wall in the health center — as an enduring sign of your support.
Travel & help
Rent the hut
The traditionally styled hut on the MHHC compound can be rented as individual tourist accommodation. 100% of rental income goes directly to the project.
Booking the hut gives you not only an authentic base in Tamale — but the unique opportunity to experience the project from the inside.

Donations in kind
Glasses Project
In Tamale, many people have no access to eyewear — not because eye clinics don't exist, but because of cost. Collected second-hand glasses can help directly.
The glasses are forwarded to an eye clinic in Tamale. A German optician has agreed to fly to Ghana for a limited period to provide care on site.
How to donate glasses:
